Roland's Daily Life

Roland lives in Fagersta in Central Sweden. He works for Avesta Sandvik Tube Ltd.

He usually up at six o'clock. He often jogging and sometimes for a swim before work.

He usually work at eight o'clock, but on Tuesdays he at seven and at four. He has an English lesson every Tuesday at a quarter past four.

Roland is a computer programmer. He for forty hours a week in the company's computer department.

He his job because he free. In his company, there is a system of flexi-time. This means that he can choose when he to start and finish work.

Roland also has many interests. In the spring, he cycling every Sunday. In the summer, he canoeing on a lake just outside Fagersta.

He doesn't like the autumn weather. In the autumn, he at home and and television.

Winter is his favourite season. In the winter, he on his skis and for many Swedish miles along the tracks in the forests near his home.

Roland is a very active person. He quite hard and a large part of his free time with his wife and their two children who many of the same interests.
